Magnificent contemporary story, awesome acting. What more can one request? DeNiro absolutely possesses the part of an exhausted NewYorker retiree who discreetly, commandingly improves everybody around him. There were little bits of wistful consistency yet very few. Nothing hindered the pace for long. It was stunning to see ageism up front, impacted to bits! Unobtrusive, authentic exhibitions that did not pander to the issues of maturing, but rather recognized them. The young men “street outing” was funny.
